Assigning actions to individuals is an inherent part of any IT help desk. The Action Tracker within HelpDeskPro manages the day to day tasks that get assigned. One important feature is the ability to assign multiple actions to a single task, for example, a new employee may require several actions to take place e.g. a new network account, new software licenses, a new PC etc. HelpDeskPro's Action Tracker enables all these actions to be pre-defined and pre-assigned to individuals or groups.
