The Problem Manager module is a collaborative tool for managing the investigative task of determining the root cause of recurring issues and for managing the tasks associated with stopping the issues recurring.

- Integrated discussion forum - the discussion forum enables the working party dealing with a particular recurring issue to discuss thoughts and ideas
- Integrated Task Management - the problem manager can assign individuals tasks to assist with either investigative or resolution activity
- Audit Trail - simply by using the system, an audit trail of evidence, investigative work, action taken and the corrective action taken is documented
- Assists with the identification and resolution of underlying problems thereby reducing the number of calls to the help desk
- Allows the help desk to demonstrate a proactive approach
