How does this work?
If you have proof of purchase of a major IT Helpdesk Solution, you can switch to HelpDeskPro for free. Surrender your license to your current help desk software and we will provide you with a full copy of HelpDeskPro. You must purchase a minimum of 2 years of maintenance & support.
Can I move to a larger or smaller number of users / technicians?
Yes, you can decide on any of the HelpdeskPro models available and select the maintenance option that best fits your requirements.
What maintenance models do you currently have?
We have two models, Maintenance Lite which give you access to all maintenance releases and upgrades during the period and Maintenance Plus which includes unlimited Technical Support. Maintenance Plus is calculated at 25% of the list price of the package that you would purchase.
Is there a fee if I decide to cancel before the license period is up?
There is no penalty to cancel the plan prior to the 2 year minimum.
Do you assist with the set-up & configuration of the solution?
Yes HelpDeskPro have dedicated technicians available to assist you whatever your requirements or location. We offer complete on-site installation and configuration services and can provide any additional software or hardware should you require it.
